Common questions

How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your email address. With email, we send you a sign-in link — there's no password to remember.

How do I list my place?

Go to Settings → Switch to lister, then tap + on your Dashboard. You can switch back to renter at any time, and nothing is lost when you switch.

Why can't I see a listing's exact address?

For privacy, listings show only their neighborhood until you match. Swipe right to match, and the exact address and map appear in the listing details.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Settings → New message notifications. Push and email can each be switched on or off.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the chat, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Report user or Block user. You can also report a listing from its details page.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. You can also email contact@hizzy.app and we'll take care of it.
